RAWR! that means "I Love you" in dinosaur!

Awhile ago shortly after we moved here, Hayden and I were cleaning house and she was helping me stack the movies. Usually she will pick out a movie that she likes to watch and will want to watch it all the time. She will get her heart set on one thing and will want repeats. SO...... I was expecting her to bring me Dora, AGAIN.
But, oh no, no. Not this little girl. She brought me the Jurassic Park case and begged me to watch it. I was SURE she didn't realize what she wanted so I tried to talk her into something else. Nope! She wanted "THIS ONE!"
I was reluctant to put it in for her because I was afraid she would get scared. But I did, because I love her and I thought to myself, "well, at least she will know which one NOT to watch next time"

As we sat there and watched it together she was actually really into it. I was waiting in anticipation for her to get scared but she didn't. At first she was curious "oooh what's that Momma?" then it turned to amazement and NOW....

SHE'S OBSESSED!!!!!!!

She has Dinosaurs on the BRAIN day and night. She will even wake from a nap and tell me about the dinosaurs she dreamed about.... I think I have watched one of the Jurrassic Park DVD's at LEAST once a day for the last two and a half months. We even thought it would be neat to take her to the Museum of the Rockies here. They have a wonderful dinosaur exhibit. It was sooooooo much fun to see her so amazed, and a bit timid because they are bigger in real life than they are in tv!

It was so much fun to watch her runn aroud all amazed and scared at the same time. We learned alot and had a great day.

We have even tried to mellow out the dino obsession by getting her "kid friendly" dino shows.... she's not having it.... My little monster is a Jurassic Park FREAK. what's funy about this whole thing is I LOVE them too! The Jurassic Park movies have always been onmy top fave list and I am kinda giddy that she loves them too... thankfully cuz if I didn't like them so much I would DEFINATELY be sick of them by now! LOL!
